The use of tablets allows for a more personal customer experience as the front of house staff no longer have to remain at the front door but instead the customer can themselves book the table anywhere at any time . When the customer walks into the restaurant the customer can manually or by scanning the QR code of the table and can select the food and can place the order. One of the order receipt will be generated in the kitchen and the other on the cash counter. The user can easily pay make payment online via PayPal or via credit card, debit card.

The manager can manage the whole application by not involving the customers in it. As the manager can book the table and can take the orders. The order receipt will be generated in the kitchen and billing counter as well.

The customer can place the order by just one click with the help of our application. The customer can either place order or can have it on table. If the customer places an order the application will have a pre-payment option as the customer will have to place the order and make the payment as well. Or if the customer can even book a table and can place the order from the table by scanning a QR code that will be on each and every table. While placing the order from the application the customer can scan the QR code on table and the same will be updated to the restaurant about the order from the table. The restaurants to attract the customer can send some special offers, coupons, discount, and send gift cards, rewards, promo codes for providing better value services to the customers. This will keep the customer engaged and will increase the revenue of the restaurants.
