Business Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience who can effectively translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The candidate will play a key role in bridging client expectations with development execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements
- Prepare detailed documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, UI/UX)
- Create wireframes and prototypes for intuitive user interfaces
- Conduct gap analysis and competitor analysis
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
- Support UAT and ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain trackers, reporting sheets, and project documentation
