Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI/ML solutions, with a focus on Generative AI models and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver AI-powered functionalities.
  • Fine-tune and deploy models such as GPT, BERT, or other transformer-based architectures for specific use cases.
  • Write clean, efficient Python code for data processioning, model training, and deployment.
  • Experiment with model optimization techniques, including parameter tuning and algorithmic innovations.
  • Build APIs and integrate AI/ML solutions into scalable applications.
  • Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI and contribute innovative ideas to projects.
  • Maintain and improve existing AI pipelines to ensure scalability, efficiency, and robustness.
  • Document technical processes, tools, and findings for internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, focusing on Python-based solutions. 
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, OpenAI API). 
  • AI/ML Expertise: Practical experience with transformer models, large language models (LLMs), and NLP. 
  • Data Skills: Strong skills in data processioning, feature engineering, and handling structured and unstructured datasets. 
  • Deployment: Knowledge of containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and ML model deployment pipelines. 
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex problems into structured solutions using AI-driven approaches. 
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. 
  • Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, and MLOps tools. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and prompt engineering for LLMs. 
  • Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF). 
  • Exposure to Generative AI models in domains like computer vision or speech (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Whisper). 
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design. 
  • Passion for exploring and implementing innovative AI solutions.
