About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Content Writer with 5+ years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in writing blogs, case studies, user stories, and other marketing/technical content that drives engagement and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly blogs on technology-related topics.
  • Develop compelling case studies showcasing project success stories and client impact.
  • Create detailed and clear user stories in collaboration with product and developmentteams.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop content strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, IT solutions, and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar accuracy, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of content writing experience in an IT/Technologycompany.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing blogs, case studies, user stories, and technical content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle (SDLC), SaaS, ERP, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature(Mandatory).
