Senior UI/UX Designer
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for weband mobile applications
- Create user flows, wireframes, system designs, andhigh-fidelity UI designs
- Translate business requirements into elegant andfunctional design solutions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers,and stakeholders
- Ensure consistency across design systems and brandguidelines
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based onfeedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
- Strong expertise in Figma
- Experience in web design, system design, wireframing, and mobile app design
- Must have worked on minimum 5+ recent projects
- Experience working and communicating with international clients
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Ability to present and justify design decisions confidently
Good to Have
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS
- Experience in agile development environments
