Modus10 serves property owners, landlords, student accommodation providers, and building managers who run leasing, access control, billing, electricity management, and WiFi access as separate, disconnected systems. Manual paperwork slowed onboarding and approvals, limited visibility into tenant behavior kept landlords making decisions without real data, and the staffing needed to hold these fragmented services together kept operational costs high.

Technostacks built a fully integrated digital ecosystem for Modus10 covering tenant lifecycle management, smart building integrations, tenant and staff portals, data analytics, and a tenant rewards system. The platform runs on a Laravel backend and a Vue.js frontend and connects directly to third-party accounting, metering, access-control, WiFi, and laundry providers to operate as one connected system rather than a collection of point tools.
